How do you create a custom marketing plan?

We start with a short audit (site, tracking, CRM), then build a 90-day plan: pages to fix/add, offer & messaging, channels, and success metrics. You’ll see what ships in week 1–2, week 3–6, and week 7–12.

Do you only work in Redding?

No. We’re based in Redding, but we work with brands across the U.S. Local expertise with global standards—everything is built remote-friendly.

What results should I expect—and when?

Landing pages/CRM improvements land in 2–4 weeks. Paid campaigns begin testing in 1–2 weeks. SEO/authority compounds over 3–6 months. We’ll set targets and review them monthly.

Which CRM do you use?

We use Ovanta—our in-house CRM and automation platform. It keeps pipelines, follow-ups, and reporting clean and documented. If you’re already a Kavod client, you can subscribe to Ovanta at a discounted rate. Prefer your own stack? We’ll integrate with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive and keep everything simple.

Who owns the accounts and data?

You own your website, domains, ad accounts, analytics properties, creative assets, and all first-party data. For CRM, Ovanta is our in-house platform: the software is ours, but the data inside it is yours (contacts, messages, pipelines, reports). If you subscribe to Ovanta, the account remains active under you. If you don’t, we host it during the engagement and will export your data at offboarding; app access ends when the engagement or subscription ends.

Do you offer one-time projects or ongoing help?

Both. We do fixed-scope sprints (e.g., “90-day build & optimize”) and ongoing optimization if you want continuous testing and reporting.

How do you report performance?

Weekly snapshot with key moves; monthly review with actions for the next month. You’ll also have a live dashboard for leads, CPL/CAC, and call quality.

What’s included in onboarding?

Kickoff call, access checklist, brand/offer intake, tracking setup, and a 90-day plan. You’ll know exactly what’s shipping and when.
